Unlike other forms of home construction, our homes are built by a consistent team of highly skilled builders. However, even though we build houses mostly indoors schedules can still be impacted by weather, outside vendors and site accessibility.
Adding the finishing touches.
After you have committed to building with us, it’s time for you to start working with our designers on the exterior and interior finishes. Once the house is sealed up to our satisfaction, it is moved outside for final completion. However, unlike most builders, our homes are completely wired so consistent temperatures can be maintained in the home while it rests on our lot.
The final installation.
We move the completed home to your site, and our crew then lowers it into position. All the hookups are made and you can move into your new home.
