The 1804 square foot plan, pictured above, is one of the standard (and most popular!) plans we offer. If you like the general layout of the plan, but would like some changes to it, Joel is happy to move walls around, change window sizes, or add features you’d like to see. He can change between fully vaulted ceilings, partially vaulted ceilings, and flat ceilings. These changes can be done with any of our standard plans.
Another popular option is to bring your own plan in, and he can put it into his software program. Once it’s been loaded, he can begin the modifications necessary to get it exactly how you want it.
